Privacy notice for the public xtray.space website

1. Scope and controller

This notice explains what happens to data when a visitor opens public pages at xtray.space, uses browser tools on the website or sends an email. Separate applications and services publish their own documents.

The controller is Кубасов Петр Юрьевич, owner and administrator of the xtray.space domain. The controller can be contacted at legal@xtray.space.

2. Data that may be processed

• The infrastructure of ООО «Бегет» technically receives the IP address and HTTP request data needed to establish a connection and deliver a page.
• Career Anchors can save answers in the visitor's browser only when the visitor chooses to enable saving. The answers are not sent to the controller.
• When used, the English word-knowledge check stores a technical card-order setting, the answer order and statuses, and selected options in the visitor's browser. These data are not sent to the controller.
• If a visitor emails legal@xtray.space, the controller and the mail infrastructure of ООО «Бегет» receive the sender address, message content and any other information the sender chooses to provide.

The public website has no web analytics, advertising pixels, server-side contact forms, profiling or website code that sets cookies.

3. Why this is necessary

Data are processed only to:

• deliver the requested page and maintain the website's availability and security;
• perform the browser-saving function chosen by the visitor without receiving the answers;
• restore an unfinished English word-knowledge check in the same browser;
• answer a voluntary email and, where necessary, protect the lawful rights and interests of the controller or the visitor.

Processing is limited to what is necessary and to grounds permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Retention, ООО «Бегет» and the browser

The website and the legal@xtray.space mailbox are serviced by ООО «Бегет». The provider publishes information about its processing of personal data in the ООО «Бегет» personal-data policy.

Access logs and error logs for the website are disabled in the hosting control panel available to the controller; the controller does not use such logs for analytics. ООО «Бегет» may independently process technical data under its own documents and applicable law.

Career Anchors answers remain only in the visitor's browser until the visitor disables saving, resets the answers or clears the website data.

The English word-knowledge check data remain only in the visitor's browser until the visitor starts over or clears the website data. Progress is restored only for the same vocabulary version.

Routine email correspondence is deleted no later than 12 months after a request is closed. If correspondence is needed to handle a dispute, protect rights or comply with the law, it is retained longer only while that need remains.

5. Visitor rights

Where provided by the laws of the Russian Federation, a visitor may:

• obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• request correction, blocking or deletion of data;
• withdraw consent previously given where processing is based on consent;
• challenge the controller's actions before Roskomnadzor or a court.

A request can be sent to legal@xtray.space. The controller may request information needed to verify the requester and connect the request to the relevant data.

6. Security and changes

The controller restricts access to the mailbox and uses available security measures appropriate to the small amount of processing.

This notice may be updated when the website, infrastructure or legal requirements change. A new revision is published on this page with an updated date.
