How Much to Eat

A local-first journal for everyday nutrition tracking: add a food quickly, see the day’s calories and macros, and know how much remains against your target.

Each entry is saved on the device first. When the connection returns, changes sync with the server in the background, so nothing needs to be entered twice. There is no targeted advertising.

What it is for

Log food quickly

Choose a product from your list, enter an amount — calories, protein, fat, and carbs update immediately.

Understand the daily balance

See how much you have already eaten today and decide whether to snack now or save room for later.

Avoid losing entries

In transit, in a café, or underground, an entry is still saved on the device and waits for connection.

How it works with internet access

The app does not make you wait for the network before every action: the journal stays available, and sync runs in the background when connection returns.

What it can do

Personal products list

No confusion with other people’s variants: the journal keeps the products you actually use.

Quick add flow

The main path stays short: product, amount, add — no extra screens.

Editing without manual recalculation

When you change an amount or product values, calories and macros update while you type.

Phone and laptop in sync

Log breakfast on your phone and lunch on your laptop — entries sync automatically.

Calm interface

Core actions stay close at hand so journaling remains quick and sustainable.

Planned

Shared viewing: for example, so your trainer can see your entries :)
